Beauty & Body by Micha is a space in Tenerife where natural beauty and wellbeing come together.

I specialize in permanent makeup brows and lips, semi-permanent eyeliner, lash lifts, brow lamination, and advanced microneedling treatments with a natural, elegant and personalized approach.

I also incorporate Pilates and mindful movement to help women feel good both inside and out.

Professional Expertise & Continuous Refinement

My professional journey began with intensive six-month professional training in the Czech Republic in permanent makeup and aesthetic treatments, where I built strong technical and artistic foundations.

Since then, I have continuously refined my techniques and expanded my expertise through advanced master-level education and collaboration with leading artists in the permanent makeup industry, including training with internationally recognized artist Tarezia Ridzonová.

Rather than focusing only on trends, I focus on mastering technique, understanding skin behavior, and creating results that remain natural, elegant, and timeless.

Since 2023, I’ve also been a certified Pilates instructor and continue to study movement, posture and female wellbeing.

I truly believe the body works as a whole — because let’s be honest, without good posture… everything starts to fall over time, including the face. That’s why my approach combines natural beauty, mindful movement and feeling good from the inside out.

Skin Regeneration & Microneedling — Since Summer 2025

In summer 2025, I expanded my services by adding certified professional microneedling treatments.

Microneedling fascinates me because it offers a non-invasive approach with long-term skin improvement results.
Unlike temporary aesthetic solutions such as fillers or Botox, which typically last only a few months, microneedling works by stimulating your skin’s natural collagen production and regeneration processes.

This allows the skin to become stronger, smoother, healthier, and more radiant over time.

I am especially passionate about helping clients with:

• unwanted pigmentation
• uneven skin texture
• early signs of skin aging
• dull or tired-looking skin
